Job Description:
PreSeed Ventures is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with a cooperative attitude and strong research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Customer Success Manager in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support. 2. Conduct research to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of customer success best practices. 7. Fluent in English and Danish.
