Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

The Carlsberg Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in København, Denmark. This entry-level position is part-time, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, to address any questions or concerns they may have - Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions - Support the sales team by following up on leads and assisting with customer onboarding - Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for product improvements - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
