Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at GN Store Nord to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times 7. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong desire to help others 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Cooperate effectively with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment 6. Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
