Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Peakon is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic, resilient, and have strong teamwork and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Peakon's platform - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use the platform to achieve their goals - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Peakon's products and services to existing customers - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer success and retention

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
