Job Description:
Secunia is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the successful candidate. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback and insights to help drive product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback - Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive steps to address any trends or issues
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
