Job Description:
Widex, a leading hearing aid manufacturer, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in København, Denmark. This part-time position is ideal for an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer success roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with Widex products and services. 2. Provide remote support and guidance to customers to help them make the most of their hearing aids. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address any issues or concerns they may have. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 5. Conduct research on best practices in customer success and implement new strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Work closely with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 7. Monitor customer feedback and compile reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 8. Represent Widex at virtual events and seminars to promote our products and services.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality traits to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. 2. Strong research and cooperation skills to gather information and work collaboratively with colleagues. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience working with hearing aids is a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
