Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

ReSound, a leading provider of innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively engage with customers to address any issues or concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing use of our products and services - Monitor customer usage patterns and provide insights to help drive product improvements and customer success - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support customers - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products - Track and report on customer success metrics to demonstrate the impact of our solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Passionate and motivated about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
