Remote Customer Success Officer

Danske Commodities is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive retention. 2. Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve products or services. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to make informed recommendations for business improvements. 5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer success strategies. 6. Provide timely and effective communication to customers through various channels. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer success metrics.

Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent research skills to gather insights and information for decision-making. 4. Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred. 5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
