Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Secunia, a leading software company in København, DK, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate leadership abilities.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Lead customer success initiatives and projects to drive long-term customer success and loyalty.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends. - Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
