Job Description:
Terma is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, advocating on their behalf within the company. 2. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing proactive solutions and recommendations. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and offer support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and revenue growth. 6. Share customer insights and feedback with the product development team to improve our offerings. 7. Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 8. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing ongoing training and support. 9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer success and driven to exceed expectations. 2. Reliable and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Creative problem-solver with a knack for research and analytical thinking. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 7. No previous experience required – we welcome entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow.
