Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Sitecore is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of their investment. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns. 4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.
