Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Royal Unibrew is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Success Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address and resolve any inquiries or issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product recommendations and information to customers to guide their purchasing decisions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to customers - Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in developing customer success strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Dedicated and driven with a passion for customer service - Cooperates well with others and has strong presentation skills - No prior experience required, full training provided - Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate - Joining bonus offered upon successful onboarding
