Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team at Hartmann in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and build a career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, ensuring they have a full understanding of our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services - Achieve and exceed monthly customer satisfaction goals set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing customer accounts - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
