Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Representative to join our team at Falck in København, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify any potential issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues. 5. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on products and services as needed. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to better support customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Ability to demonstrate leadership and take initiative in solving customer problems. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
