Job Description:

TDC Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a part-time position ideal for entry level individuals with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining customer relationships remotely via phone, email, and chat - Providing troubleshooting and technical support to customers - Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and retention - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in products and services - Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Possess critical thinking and leadership abilities to effectively manage customer relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
