Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


SimCorp is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in København, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a confident and independent individual with strong soft skills in research and creativity.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Research and investigate customer inquiries to provide accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions - Creativity in finding innovative ways to address customer needs
