Job Description:

Trifork, a leading technology company based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - People management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
