Remote Customer Support Manager

Orsted is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Develop training programs for customer support representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve processes and strategies. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
