Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Matas is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and possesses strong analytical and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the remote customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer support strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of effectively managing remote teams - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
