Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Beierholm is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures. 3. Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction levels. 4. Work closely with other departments to coordinate and streamline customer support efforts. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 6. Analyze performance metrics to track and report on customer support KPIs. 7. Develop and deliver training programs for customer support representatives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Energetic and confident personality traits. 6. Presentation and cooperation soft skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
