Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding in København, Denmark. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures 5. Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and data 6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 8. Use innovative problem-solving skills to address unique customer situations

Requirements: 1. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4.
