Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Thrane & Thrane is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate should be confident, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including email, phone, and chat. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Conduct thorough research to assist customers with product information, technical issues, and account management. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and trends. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Knowledge of technical support principles is a plus.
