Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Marel is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain entry-level experience in the customer support field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Document and track customer interactions in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives for customer support - Conduct presentations to clients on new products and services - Assist in creating training materials for customers - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions
