Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


IT University of Copenhagen startups is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to work remotely from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our products or services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Creativity and analytical skills. 5. 2+ years of experience in a customer support role. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
