Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Daloon. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is adaptable, confident, and excels in decision-making and planning. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively - Document customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and confident personality - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
