Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


SAS Group is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and personalized support - Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer support processes - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Excellent persuasion skills to influence customer behavior - Prior experience in customer support or a related field - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
