Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Salling Group, a leading retail company in Denmark, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, independent, cooperative, and have strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work with the team to improve processes and achieve customer service goals

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
