Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

JYSK is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges - Process orders and payments accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
