Job Description:
Secunia is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via telephone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
