Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Demant is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Representative to work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. 6. Managing projects related to customer support initiatives. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer support software. 4. Demonstrated project management experience. 5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
