Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Universal Robots is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who possess strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting 3. Educate customers on product features and benefits 4. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues 6. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in the CRM system 7. Assist with training new customers on product usage 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer service roles 2. Energetic and passionate attitude towards helping customers 3. Strong problem-solving skills 4. Excellent presentation skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools 7. Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal) 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
