Lundbeck is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a part-time entry-level position with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Use data to analyze customer trends and improve support processes
