Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Thrane & Thrane in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in training new customer support team members

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism - Persuasive and able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification a plus
