Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Leo Pharma is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. We are seeking hardworking and energetic individuals with excellent decision-making and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and accurately update the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 5. Contribute to improving customer support processes and procedures. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Strong decision-making and planning abilities. 6. Availability to work part-time hours in a remote setting.
