Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Visma e-conomic is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct thorough research and analysis to recommend solutions to customers - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Hardworking individual with a resilient attitude - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills in Danish and English - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
