Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Thrane & Thrane is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a confident and resilient personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to enhance their experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and resilient personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
