Job Description:
Novo, a leading company in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess the personality traits of being energetic and resilient.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction - Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer requests - Identify trends in customer questions and provide feedback to improve processes
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support - Strong communication and project management skills - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
