Job Description:
Kamstrup is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Critical thinking and strong communication skills - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
