Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Integrated Service Solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience - Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Highly resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Comfortable working remotely and independently
