Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


DSV Panalpina is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in København, Denmark. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a driven and independent individual with excellent decision-making and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proven decision-making abilities and adaptability to changing situations. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must be fluent in Danish and English.
