Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This position will allow you to work remotely from home, providing support to our customers in the Ålborg, Nordjylland area. This is a part-time, entry level position with Chr. Hansen Holding.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, training will be provided
