Joe & The Juice is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively
