Solar is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in København, DK. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner - Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace - Independent and passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent
