Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Hartmann, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is looking for a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, providing them with information about our products and services, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ultimately ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform, answering their questions and providing support. 2. Proactively reach out to customers who may need assistance or have not completed a purchase. 3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer inquiries or issues. 4. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems or escalate issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and passionate attitude towards customer service. 3. Strong cooperation and research skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with live chat software is a plus. 7. Must be fluent in Danish and English.
