Remote Live Chat Associate

As a Remote Live Chat Associate at A.P. Moller - Maersk, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a live chat setting to answer questions and provide solutions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to retain customers and upsell products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat software and other online tools - High school diploma or equivalent
