Job Description:
Kvik, a leading company in the kitchen industry, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, particularly in managing live chat platforms.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor live chat agents to provide excellent customer service and drive sales - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to make improvements to the live chat system and processes - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize chat performance and align with marketing strategies - Monitor chat trends and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with preferably 3-5 years in live chat management - Proven track record of managing live chat platforms and improving customer satisfaction - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM systems and chat software - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Fluency in English and Danish
