Job Description:
GEA Process Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our live chat operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat operations and improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze live chat performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align live chat operations with overall business objectives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat management, continuously improving our practices - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Create and maintain documentation of live chat processes and procedures - Identify training needs for live chat agents and develop training programs as needed - Drive creativity and innovation in live chat interactions to engage customers and drive sales
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in live chat management or a related role - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service and driving business growth - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Creativity and a strategic mindset to develop innovative solutions to improve live chat operations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
