Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at GN Store Nord in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the live chat platform, handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Monitor chat performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Train and mentor live chat agents to provide excellent service and meet performance expectations. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales through live chat. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve chat performance. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or live chat management. 2. Hardworking and reliable with strong decision-making skills. 3. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in chat platforms and customer relationship management tools. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
