Job Description - Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


Joe & The Juice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the live chat platform to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives - Monitor the performance of the live chat team and implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service or live chat management - Reliable and driven individual with excellent time management skills - Strong adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience with live chat software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
