Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Leo Pharma is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to work from home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat to customers, clients, and partners. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests and will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and support through live chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assisting with orders and sales - Monitoring and responding to incoming chat messages promptly - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting established performance metrics - Collaborating with colleagues and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Associate's Degree or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a similar field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and motivated with a strong attention to detail - Critical thinking and decision-making skills - Proficient in using chat and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working from home and using remote communication tools
